Stephanos Pissinos is a licensed Nutritionist-Dietitian with a focus on Sports Dietetics and Nutrition Intervention. Long before pursuing his professional training in nutrition, Stephanos was immersed in healthy living as a national taekwondo athlete. A background that continues to shape his holistic approach today.
His philosophy centres on real, whole foods, prioritising natural sources to meet nutritional needs, including quality proteins, healthy fats, and nutrient-dense carbohydrates. Stephanos considers the full picture: lifestyle, habits, and individual challenges to help clients overcome the barriers that stand between them and their goals.

1. How should I prepare for a body composition analysis?For accurate results: Avoid eating 4 hours before. Don’t drink water or other fluids 1 hour before. Skip intense exercise right before the test. Avoid alcohol for 24 hours prior. Women should avoid testing during menstruation for more accurate readings.
